The Snoopy & The Peanuts gang scheme returned in late 1997 for the ski season, this time with two aircraft as ANA increased service to the Hokkaido gateway of Sapporo. Both sides were different, and again that Winter Snoopy and friends had skis on the port side and snowboards on the starboard side. The -400D was mainly used on the Haneda-Sapporo route while the Classic SR Jumbo was assigned to the Itami-Sapporo route.
