This aircraft was the first MA60 to fly and was delivered to Sichuan Airlines in 2000. Revenue service started in August 2000 and came to an early end in March 2003, the airline being unhappy with the reliablility of the type. The airline's two MA-60s were delivered with special rainbow-like colourschemes.
