 The 58th Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group and the IMF took place in Dubai in September 2003. The summit was attended by 15,000+ people, including over 300 Ministers of Finance and Heads of Central Banks from 183 member countries, as well as a number of Heads of State.
