The Flying Dream project was launched by FAT in order to boost traffic after the SARS epidemic. The airline teamed up with Warner Bros and Taiwanese food conglomerate Uni-President Enterprises.
United Children's Alliance was an initiative by the conglomerate to improve health with better products for young children. The first flight of the aircraft with this livery was from Uni-President heaquarters city Tainan with 30 ill children onboard in association with a local charity.
The Looney Tunes characters featured on the plane were Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety, Sylvester and Marvin the Martian.
