It is clearly stated on this plane that Austrian was not a sponsor of the Euro 2008 Football Championship held in Austria & Switzerland, however the airline took part in the initiatives aiming at increasing interest for the event in a country where football was not exceedingly popular. Note the scarf was longer on the port side, and included 2008 titles.
