Mt. Qomolangma (literally Holy Mother) is the Tibetan name for Mt. Everest. The closest airport on the Tibetan side is Shigatse Peace Airport which opened to commercial flights in 2010 and has one of the very longest runways in the world at 5'000 meters. Tibet Airlines links the airport with Chengdu since late December 2021, permitting quick access to this touristic area.

This partnership is part of the government's "rural revitalization" strategy, with the airline selling dual flight ticket+touristic attraction packages which last one or two days.
Chiyou Jiuli City is at the heart of the Miao culture, with the world's largest Chiyou sacrificial ceremony held there every year on the eighth day of the fourth month of the lunar calendar.

London's Big Ben as well as balloons were visible on the plane. The latter are a common way to discover Cappadocia in central Turkey. This airframe was stored between March 2022 and early 2025 due to sanctions against Russian lessors.

This second Disney special scheme is the result of a partnership between Azul (which serves Orlando from Brazil) and the Walt Disney World. The theme park opened on October 1, 1971 and a series of celebrations lasting 18 months and called "The World's Most Magical Celebration" for the 50th anniversary of the Orlando park includes the painting of this A321.A total of 4 liveries is expected at Azul for the event.

Xishuangbanna is a Tai Lü autonomous prefecture in the extreme south of Yunnan. This region of China is noted for its distinct culture, different to that of Han Chinese culture. The people, architecture, language are more similar to those of the Shan and Tai people from neighbouring Laos and Thailand.
This special paint was designed in cooperation with the Government of the Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture. Dai people traditionally celebrate the Songkran festivities, during which people get water-splashed by elephants. The elephant stickers are different on the two sides.

This special livery was unveiled 300 days before the opening of the 46th Shanghai Skills Competition, for which China Southern acts as the official carrier. The core pattern of the scheme is the Mortise and tenon which usually connect two pieces of wood or of materials and symbolize the spirit of craftsmen. The "Nengneng" and "Qiaoqiao" mascots representing craftsmen are visible on the two sides of the aircraft (their position being reversed). Also visible are the urban landmarks of the Tianjin-Hebei region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Vulpix (Rokon in Japanese) is a fire-type Pokémon, here featured on the starboard side of the aircraft (yellow). It has an Ice-type Alolan that is depicted on the port side (light blue). Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix were chosen to promote Hokkaido Island, with the inaugural service between Sapporo and Haneda taking place on December 1, 2021. The asymetrical design is also duplicated in the cabin with Alolan Vulpix headrest covers on the left seats and Vulpix headrest covers on the right seats; the central seat has covers with both Pokémons. The livery is expected to stay around for 5 years.

In November 2021 Kenya Airways teamed up with the country's tourism board for a new marketing campaign which aims at reinvigorating tourism to the country after the pandemic. This E190 and a 787 featured large decals of animals, with the E-Jet having a lion named "Simba" on the port side and two elephants on the starboard side (the same also visible on the port side of the 787). Aircraft stored since 2025.
