This new ATR for the Polynesian airline celebrates designs and patterns from the Tuamotus, an archipelago in the northern & eastern part of French Polynesia, it is the work of artist Viri Taimana. Teraiefa means the sky appearing in the local dialect; design patterns include the checkerboard tatoo worn by people from these islands.

This special scheme promoted the 2025 edition of the Festival de Parintins folklore festival taking place in the Amaszonas State city of the same name. It is a highly popular event in Brazil. The festival celebrates a local legend about a resurrected ox. It is also a competition where two teams, Garantido (in red) and Caprichoso (in blue), compete in extended retellings of the story, each team attempting to outdo the other with flamboyant dances, singing, and parade floats (Wikipedia).
