Asiana was a partner of the South Korean National Football Team that qualified for the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar. Note the decals were slightly different on the two sides, but identical on the two planes. The decals featured key players of the team, including captain Son Heung-min.

Asiana launched services to Paris on March 31, 2008 with three weekly flights from Seoul. The airline teamed up with the tourism board of Seoul and the national "Sparkling Korea" campaign, marketing the South Korean capital as Paris' Asian counterpart. The decals featured the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, a structure in Seoul's Gyeongbok Palace.

Dae Jang Geum (also known as Jewel in the Palace) is a historical Korean drama series that was broadcast on Korean TV MBC. It is based on the true story of Jang-geum, the first female royal physician of the Joseon Dynasty. The decals featured lead actress Lee Young-ae.

This second aircraft received the decals as the success of the show reached Japan in 2007; this A330 was mostly used on the Tokyo-Haneda to Seoul-Gimpo route with special entertainment and food targetting the Japanese market.

Dae Jang Geum (also known as Jewel in the Palace) is a historical Korean drama series that was broadcast on Korean TV MBC. It is based on the true story of Jang-geum, the first female royal physician of the Joseon Dynasty. The decals featured cast of the drama including lead actress Lee Young-ae.

Asiana became a partner of the Dae Jang Geum Tour in Asia in 2006, which proved the show 's immense popularity in Eastern Asia and its significant cultural impact (see Korean Wave). It was also part of an intitiative by the Korea Tourism Organization to promotes Dae Jang Geum-oriented tourism to South Korea (where the Dae Jang Geum Theme Park opened in the meantime).

These decals were encouraging the South Korea National Football Team for the 2006 World Cup. Great~Republic of Korea is one of the cheering slogans for the Republic of Korea's national football team.
