JTA launched a third Jinbei Jet on January 19, 2026 in partnership with the Okinawa Churaumi Foundation. The emerald green evokes the clear sea, while the deep green represents the lush forests of Yanbaru (northern Okinawa). The whale shark depicted on the aircraft incorporates Okinawa's endemic flora and fauna, such as the Okinawa Rail, Okinawa Woodpecker, Leaf Butterfly, Okinawa Sea Lion, Iriomote Cat, Okinawa Long-horned Beetle, and Okinawa Ishikawa Frog, highlighting the efforts for the conservation of biodiversity on the island. Before the inaugural flight of this third scheme, all three Jinbei Jets lined up on the ground at Naha Airport. The name "Yui" means bond or cooperation in the Okinawan language.

The Expo Jet theme left room for this special design from which it inherits the philosophy of the Expo's sub-theme: Connecting Lives, applied to regional revitalization. This aircraft depicts the flowers of forty-seven Japanese prefectures and symbolize the beautiful nature and diversity of Japan. It is named Furusato JET (furusato: hometown) because it contains a wish that everyone can feel his or her "hometown" through the flower of the prefecture.

This third scheme in the JAL Group promoting the Expo 2025 World Fair that took place in Osaka featured popular Japanese robot RX-78F00/E Gundam as well as the Myaku Myaku mascot of the Expo. The Gundam franchise owned by Bandai Namco had teamed up with the Expo team to run a "Gundam Pavilion - Next Future" private pavilion at the event.

This was the 7th scheme at JAL & JTA related to the World Natural Heritage tourism campaigns highlighting a designated area in Okinawa (& Kagoshima) Prefectures. The area consists of Amami Ōshima Island, Tokunoshima Island, the northern part of Okinawa Island and Iriomote Island. The drawing contest had been held once again for elementary and junior high school students in the Yanbaru/Iriomote Island area, this time specifically in the northern and Yaeyama regions the Okinawa prefecture. Note the two sides of the fuselage showed different elements sourced from the 2 winning designs; the left side showed "Tidanagaruma-din" by third-year student Sawa Yaka while the starboard side showed "Into Vivid Nature" by third-year student Aisa Tamamoto.

This 4th iteration of the USJ special scheme at J-Air celebrates the opening of the "Donkey Kong Country" at "Super Nintendo World" at the theme park in December 2024. The scheme is only very slightly different on the two sides and shows the Minions, Harry Potter, Elmo and Cookie Monster from Sesame Street, Woody Woodpecker as well as Mario and Donkey Kong from Super Nintendo World. JAL continued its partnership with Disney & the Oriental Land company in 2024 with this logojet celebrating the opening of the Fantasy Springs themed area at Tokyo DisneySea. The decals featured Anna & Elsa from Frozen, Rapunzel from Tangled as well as Peter Pan against the backdrop of Arendelle Castle, Rapunzel's tower, and Captain Hook's Jolly Roger.

Miyagi Prefecture is the central prefecture in the Tōhoku region with capital Sendai. As the local regional airline, Ibex is a logical partner of the prefecture and city tourism board and it was decided that starting May 2018 a CRJ of the airline was to sport decals of the mascot of the prefecture to boost tourism. The mascot is called Musubimaru and represents the region's abundant food with a "rice ball face" and the helmet with crescent of regional ruler of the Edo period Masamune Date. This is the third version of the scheme with the port side being on the theme of "The Joy of Flying and Traveling" with a rainbow while the starboard side promotes highlights of Miyagi tourism.

This special livery was different on the two sides of the fuselage and featured Expo 2025 mascot Myaku Myaku. Expo 2025 was a World's Fair held in Osaka in 2025 with the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives". Note the logo of the Expo had changed from the logo used when it was a candidate city back in 2018 (as seen on Peach and Jetstar Japan aircraft). Note the differences with the livery worn by J-Air E190 JA252J.
