Xiaoshan is one of ten urban districts of the city of Hangzhou, where Zhejiang Loong Air is headquartered. This special scheme was unveiled in partnership with the City & District commitees and is a business card for the area. The word racing (奔竞) is taken from the "Xiaoshan County Chronicles" of the past dynasties and describes the characteristics of Xiaoshan folk customs as "happy to run and compete, and good at businessmen".
Xiaoshan District is located on the south bank of the Qiantang River. The flowing curves represent the ever-flowing Qiantang River as a central element representing the Xiaoshan "tide", which was the theme of the first Xiaoshan-themed aircraft (B-1866).
