After HK-5273 left the fleet in mid-2021, Viva Air Colombia re-introduced a pink-themed aircraft with brand new A320neo HK-5378, named "Go Pink". A second aircraft was painted in the pink scheme (and flew as F-WWIT with its test registration and the "Pride Viva" name); however the aircraft was never delivered to Viva Air Colombia, going to Avianca instead.

Viva Air Colombia joined the club of airlines introducing a breast cancer awareness livery in late 2018 with a brand new A320. The aircraft was named after Claudia Obando, a Viva Colombia flight attendant who successfully fought the illness. Tócate for "Touch yourself" titles referred to the breast self-examination which is one of the ways to improve prevention of the cancer. A brand new A320neo in a pink livery replaced this one in 2021.
