Mark Malkoff is an American comedian, writer, and filmmaker born in 1976. He gained media attention by setting up crazy challenges. In June 2009, Malkoff lived on an AirTran jet for 30 days in order to conquer his fear of flying. This 30-day journey of living made him break the Guinness World Record for most flight segments in a 30-day period (a total of 135 flights). The scheme also promoted the airline's onboard internet service.
