In 2019 Iberia joined Air Nostrum as a partner of the Cantabria tourism bureau; this 4th scheme depicts mountain scenery. Additional small decal have been added on the occasion of the religious celebrations in the western district of the community called Liébana. When April 16th (the day of the festival of Saint Toribio) falls a Sunday, the year is called a jubilee year. It was the case in 2023. Decal on the port side only for the Iberia A320, and on the two sides for the Air Nostrum CRJ.

This campaign is part of the partnership bewteen the Castellon airport and Air Nostrum. The aim is to stimulate connecting traffic thanks to the Castellon-Madrid route launched in October 2022, but also to bring more tourists to Castellón and the Valencian Community by air. Note EC-NHU has the full IB Regional/Air Nostrum scheme while EC-NLM initially only had an incomplete white scheme with the special stickers. A CRJ-1000 joined the party in 2024, with two more in 2026 after the airline retired the CRJ-200 type in late 2025.

In April 2019 Iberia joined Air Nostrum as a partner of the Cantabria tourism bureau and EC-IJN promoted travel to the autonomous community through the "Cantaria Infinita" campaign. These decals advertised the Natural Park located in Cabárceno near Santander. The park is run by the government of Cantabria and works for the conservation of endangered species and environmental education. In June 2021 the decals reappeared on sistership EC-IXD (port side only) as well as on Air Nostrum CRJs. Note titles were different this time on the A321 (Sin ir más lejos).

The first CRJ of Nepalese Saurya Airlines also gained Tata car decals in late Summer 2017, this time advertising the Tigor "Style Back" model in Nepal. Due to financial difficulties, it seems that the aircraft regular maintenance could not be performed and the aircraft was withdrawn from use in 2018.

In 2016 after this Air Nostrum aircraft returned from lease to Cimber Air, small decals advertising the two southern France airports of Perpignan & Carcassonne were added. The two airports of Occitanie region are both managed by Transdev and jointly branded as "South of France Airport".
