Welcome to the Jungle of Special Liveries

This page is the result of a continuous, long-running and let's say it outright, *relatively crazy* effort to gather information about *all* special liveries on airliners. Illustrative images are provided by fellow aviation photographers from all over the World; they are used here with their consent and shall not be re-used unless proper permission has been obtained directly from them. Details about the schemes come from the airlines themselves and the press.

Each livery is indexed by airline, aircraft type/family, year of introduction, territory of the airline (click on the country flags for lists by country) and additional thematic tags. Everything is displayed in reverse chronological order (except when using the search bar), so let's start right below with the very latest liveries! Enjoy!

The livery is inspired by Taiwan’s traditional huawa (decorative flower tile) culture, and features 13 Pokémon characters, including a flying Pikachu. 40 Years  40 Años 1986-2026 EC-MJU B737-85P Air Europa 2026- Air Europa started operations in November 1986 as a subsidiary of British airline Air Europe and survived the bankruptcy of its parent company, which it has now consistently outlived as the former lasted less than 12 years. Espírito Santo  #7 Get to Know Brazil Flying   Conheça o Brasil: Voando PR-GUH B737-8EH Gol 2026- The Get to Know Brazil: Flying national program was launched in late 2023 to encourage and facilitate Brazilian travel across the country, bringing together efforts from the federal government and the private sector to develop actions aimed at stimulating travel in Brazil, democratizing access to civil aviation and reducing the operating cost of airlines. This aircraft promotes the Espírito Santo state which Gol serves via the Vitória airport (the capital of the state). Ocean Park Hong Kong   香港海洋公園   B-LPP A320-214 Hong Kong Airlines  [+] 2026- Hong Kong Airlines entered a partnership with the Ocean Park theme park in late 2025 and introduced this Panda-themed special livery in early 2026. The 6 Panda mascots visible on this plane are known as Panda Friends (LeLe, YingYing, JiaJia, DeDe, AnAn & KeKe) and were inspired by the six giant pandas residing in the park. Go forward Kumamoto!   Go！forward くまもと JA807X B737-81D Solaseed Air 2026- Solaseed Air unveiled an aircraft highlighting reconstruction in the Kumamoto region on the 10th anniversary of the 2016 earthquake. The Spirit of Hong Kong - 80th Anniversary Edition   #6 westK B-KQU B777-367ER Cathay Pacific  [+] 2026- The 2026 iteration of the Spirit of Hong Kong scheme was unveiled in Hong Kong on March 9, 2026 as part of the airline's 80th anniversary celebrations. The artwork showcases Hong Kong’s Cultural Vibrancy to the World; it is the result of cooperation with the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. The livery features an abstract artwork by Hong Kong multimedia artist Victor Wong using technology that allows him to generate landscapes from geographical data he provides.
