In February 2025 Kuwait Airways organized an operetta with employees at its headquarters under the "Pride and Glory" name to celebrate the Kuwaiti National Day and Liberation Day which are on the 25th and 26th of February. Note the 777s carry two decals while the other aircraft feature just one.

The 26th Arabian Gulf Cup, known as Khaleeji Zain 26 for sponsorship reasons, took place in Kuwait in in late December 2024/early January 2025 with the eight members of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation participating.

Celebrating the National Day and the Liberation Day which are on the 25th and 26th of February. This 2017 version included an artistic rendering of children full of joy during the National Day celebrations. It was also part of a campaign highlighting the achievements of Kuwaiti people.

The Arab Capital of Culture is an initiative taken by the Arab League under the UNESCO Cultural Capitals Program to promote and celebrate Arab culture and encourage cooperation in the Arab region. Kuwait City was chosen for the first edition of the new millenium.

Kuwait Airways joined the national campaign to raise awareness of the Kuwaiti prisoners of wars detained by the Iraqis in the aftermath of the First Gulf War. Other aircraft in the fleet wore smaller yellow bow ties. Yellow ribbons were added on the port side only. Note VIP-configured State of Kuwait B727-269Adv 9K-AFA also sported the decals.
