AF was a partner of the Paris bid for the 2024 Summer Games with decals applied to 10 aircraft. Paris was chosen in September 2017 to host the Games. Note in 2016-19 F-GKXQ was one one of two French West Indies-based frames. F-HBNC & F-GPMF were frames flying on the domestic routes, mainly from Paris-Orly. Also worth mentionning is the fact that in the meantime the logo of the Games changed.

50th Anniversary   50 Ans  50周年
F-HPJE
2014-15

In 1964 France’s General De Gaulle was the first Western World leader to resume diplomatic relations with China, paving the way for a progressive re-establishment of links with many other coutries. In 2014 50th anniversary celebrations took place in both countries and both AF and Air China had special liveries to celebrate the event.

All 32 teams participating in the 1998 World Cup host in France were represented on these 16 Air France aircraft, which was an official sponsor of the event. 6 long-haul aircraft were decorated alongside 10 A320 (including 2 rare -100 variants). The decals themselves were very similar with a goalkeeper on the port side and a striker on the starboard side. The jerseys -and sometimes the skin colour as well- were adapted to show each participating nation's flag colours.

Note the name of the countries were written in French on the aircraft; in the list above countries/nations are abbreviated to their standard ISO 3166 code and are listed port side|starboard side.

Pepsi

F-BTSD
1996

In April 1996 Pepsi teamed up with Air France for part of its "Project Blue" marketing campaign which saw a new -mostly blue- can released. The Concorde remained in this livery just a few days and visited a bunch of airports around Europe & the Middle East for press events. Note the wings also sported large Pepsi titles.
