Low-cost operator Northeastern initially flew from points in the US' northeast to sunspots in Florida and later in the West. The airline painted two of its ex-Pan Am 727s with clouds liveries to raise brand awareness. The venture was relatively short-lived though, and rapid expansion led to a quick bankruptcy in 1985. The pink version was nicknamed "Rosie".
