Cabin visuals, collectible products and catering inspired by the world of Harry Potter complete the experience. The entire film series is also available on LATAM Play.

LATAM Chile was the official airline of the 2023 Pan American Games that were held in Santiago. 6,909 athletes competed in 425 events in 39 sports over the course of two weeks. Fiu, a many-colored rush tyrant, was the mascot of the Games. While CC-BBE and the port side of CC-BGS had the same decal of Fiu, the starboard side of CC-BGS featured the mascot on a wheelchair, promoting the 2023 Parapan American Games following the main event.

In 2021 LATAM Cargo, in partnership with Always and the Brazilian Red Cross, transported free of charge 500,000+ pads to 12 Brazilian states, in an action against Menstrual Poverty. This term is used to define the lack of access to basic hygiene items, which can lead to many girls not going to school, for example.
Later in the year, LATAM Chile & Peru unveiled identical titles, this time highlighting the free transportation of vaccines and medical staff accross the country. The LATAM Peru A320 carries an additional nose sticker reading "Pongo el hombro por el Perú" (I put my shoulder for Peru).

In July 2019 LATAM Chile launched the "Recycle Your Trip” program, an initiative that allows recycling of waste from the on-board sale that the company offers on all domestic flights in Chile. From that date the airline is segregating aluminum, glass and plastic. This corporate program will then expand to regional flying.

These four aircraft were used to carry Pope Francis during his January 2018 tour of Latin America. He also married two LATAM employees onboard the A321 during a flight between Santiago and Iquique. The 767 carried the Pope from Lima back to Rome.

In November 2017 LAN operated a special charter flight from Lima to Auckland carrying the Peruvian football team as part of the 2018 World Cup playoffs against New Zealand. Peruvian flag decals were added on both sides of the fuselage for a short period.
