This former Piedmont/US Air Fokker was added to the fleet of Canadian regional opertor Time Air in January 1991, as the carrier was celebrating its 25th anniversary. The basic bare metal livery it wore with its previous operator was retained and the aircraft gained a fully polished "silver bullet" finish to mark Time Air's "silver" anniversary.
