AAT (Austrian Air Transport) has long been Austrian's subsidiary in charge of IT charter flights, yet the aircraft operating these services never wore proper AAT titles; they were mostly Austrian aircraft and on the occasion like this time, leased a/c wearing Austrian markings. During the 1994 & 1995 Summer seasons AAT leased these two MD-80 to operate charter flights on behalf of tour operator Touropa. Both aircraft adorned a butterfly on the tail, the logo of Touropa brand "Happy Days".
