In 2004 Rutaca became the official airline of the Venezuela national football team, nicknamed "La Vinotinto" -literally red wine- because of the traditional burgundy color of the team's shirts. Additional stickers included included at first Yakee Tour travel agency, then PDVSA, the Venezuelan state-owned oil & gas company.
